Welche Aufgaben Sie erwarten
Sie bearbeiten eine Vielzahl von Herausforderungen, zum Beispiel:
- Eigenständige Qualitätssicherung von Daten (Qualitätsmanagement)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards (u.a. Power BI)
- Ad-Hoc Auswertungen (Export und Aufbereitung von Daten)
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Web- und App-Plattformen (Webplattform: Sitecore)
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Marketing-Automationen (Bereich: Approved Email – Veeva & Sales Force Marketing Cloud)
- Administrative Tätigkeiten im CRM- und BI-Umfeld (Veeva CRM, Power BI, und weitere)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung/Aktualisierung von Trainingsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Koordination kleinerer Aufgaben mit Agenturen und internen Teams (Marketing, IT, Medical)
- Unterstützung Projektmanagement
Was Sie mitbringen
Um diese Position bestmöglich auszufüllen und erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie Folgendes mitbringen:
- Erste Erfahrungen im Data Management wünschenswert
- Hohe Affinität für Zahlen und technische Prozesse
- Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Grundkentnisse in Excel & Interesse an Power BI
- Interesse an der Mitarbeit in einem internationalen Unternehmen als Werkstudent:in (15 – 20h/Woche)
