Your profile:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Maschinenbau, Informatik)
- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in der Entwicklung mechanischer und elektronischer Systeme
- Experience in project management
- Kenntnisse in Patent-, Vertrags- und Qualitätswesen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
- Sicherer Umgang mit CAD, PPS und modernen Entwicklungstools
- Proficient in German and English
- Strategisches Denken, Eigenverantwortung, Teamführung und Kommunikationsstärke
Your tasks:
- Strategische und operative Leitung der Entwicklung mechanischer und elektronischer Systeme
- Führung und Motivation eines interdisziplinären Teams
- Umsetzung der Entwicklungsstrategie für das gesamte Produktportfolio
- Projektsteuerung von der Idee bis zur Serienreife
- Sicherstellung von Effizienz, Qualität und Innovation
- Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen und externen Partnern
- Verantwortung für Budget, Ressourcen und Investitionen
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Dokumentation
- Einhaltung gesetzlicher und normativer Anforderungen (z. B. ATEX, KBA)
