Your profile:
- Completed technical studies (electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, computer science)
- Several years of professional and management experience in the development of mechanical and electronic systems
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of patent, contract and quality management as well as business management topics
- Confident handling of CAD, PPS and modern development tools
- Proficient in German and English
- Strategic thinking, personal responsibility, team leadership and communication skills
Your tasks:
- Strategic and operational management of the development of mechanical and electronic systems
- Leadership and motivation of an interdisciplinary team
- Implementation of the development strategy for the entire product portfolio
- Project management from the idea to series production
- Ensuring efficiency, quality and innovation
- Coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Responsibility for budget, resources and investments
- Optimization of processes and documentation
- Compliance with legal and normative requirements (e.g. ATEX, KBA)
