Start your training on 01.09.2026 as a

medical assistant (m/f/d)

at the Helios Hanseklinikum Stralsund.

• Support in the organization of specialist consultation hours and outpatient clinics by receiving, caring for and advising patients
• Assisting with medical examinations, treatments and minor outpatient procedures
• Carrying out hygiene measures and preparing and following up treatment rooms
• Carrying out laboratory work (e.g. blood samples, urine tests, rapid tests)
• Administrative activities such as appointment scheduling, documentation, billing and working with practice software
• Providing information by telephone and coordinating appointments

• You have a secondary school leaving certificate or a good secondary school leaving certificate with a completed (two-year) vocational training program
• You have a sense of responsibility, diligence, empathy and good communication skills and enjoy working with patients
• You have an interest in medical and technical issues
• You have the motivation and personal responsibility to work together in a collegial and trusting manner
• You have a talent for organization and the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Standard apprenticeship pay including annual bonus, 29 days' vacation, full-time = 38.5 h/week
