Join our team in Stralsund at the earliest possible date as a

Controller (m/f/d).

You will be involved in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports, business plans, monthly reports as well as ad-hoc and standard queries for the management, personnel management, accounting and controlling departments

Developing the basis for decision-making and providing technical support to the management as well as advising managers on decision-making

Continuation and further development of the reporting system

Monitoring cost and revenue trends and deriving suggestions for improvement

Taking on business management projects and working on regional projects

Analyzing and preparing data from the business environment of a clinic, comparing data/benchmarking

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on controlling or comparable training
• Professional experience in controlling and accounting, ideally in the healthcare sector
• High affinity for data and figures and business contexts of hospital business and the healthcare sector as well as strong analytical thinking skills and a structured, results-oriented way of working
• High degree of reliability, commitment and sense of responsibility as well as reliability, punctuality and teamwork
• Good command of MS Office and initial experience with SAP, knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and Power Point; knowledge of P&I LOGA an advantage
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

Remuneration according to Helios collective agreement and company pension scheme, 30-day vacation entitlement, full-time = 38.5h/week, annual bonus
