Senior Physician Pneumology - Focus on Weaning (m/f/d).

• Leading work on our specialized weaning ward with a focus on prolonged weaning
• Responsibility for the medical care of patients with complex, not only respiratory problems
• Close collaboration with respiratory therapists, intensive care medicine, physiotherapy and nursing in a highly specialized interdisciplinary environment
• Active involvement in the further expansion and profiling of our weaning center
• Supervision, further training and promotion of junior doctors and non-medical staff
• Involvement in intensive medical care and participation in the on-call and background service

• Specialist certification in internal medicine and / or an internal medicine subspecialty or specialist in anaesthesiology and intensive care medicine
• Sound experience in intensive care medicine
• Strong interest in prolonged weaning
• High level of commitment to teamwork, empathy in dealing with patients and relatives and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
