Your Tasks

As a property manager (m/f/d), you make the lounge your personal favourite project. You are responsible for keeping the lounge clean and make it the perfect place for a break.

Cleaning services in and around the lounge areas
Carrying out quality checks
Communicating with the group's purchasing department to procure products for the vending machines
Refilling and cleaning the appliances in the property (coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.)
Independent work scheduling
Emergency service, including weekends
Continuous availability

Your Profile

Experience in building cleaning
Ability to work independently
Strong customer focus
Well-groomed appearance
Hands-on mentality
You value good service and are very service-oriented yourself
You love order and property cleaning is your passion
You enjoy interacting with people
