Your profile:
- Completed training as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable
- Professional experience in the field of electrical installation and maintenance of electrical systems
- building technology or caretaker service
- Good knowledge of testing equipment and building systems and building management technology
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- German language very good in spoken and written form
- Driving license class B
- Working hours in staggered day shift between 06:00 and 17:30
- 1x monthly on-call duty
Your tasks:
- Maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems in commercial properties
- Maintenance, repair and servicing of electrical systems and equipment
- Installation of control, signaling and lighting systems
- Localization and elimination of errors in controlled systems (ventilation and supply technology, gates)
- Reading circuit diagrams and carrying out tests on electrical equipment and systems
- Carrying out inspection tours
- Reporting of defects found in facilities and buildings
