• Completed training as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of electrical installation and maintenance of electrical systems
• building technology or caretaker service
• Good knowledge of testing equipment and building systems and building management technology
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• German language very good in spoken and written form
• Driving license class B
• Working hours in staggered day shift between 06:00 and 17:30
• 1x monthly on-call duty

• Maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems in commercial properties
• Maintenance, repair and servicing of electrical systems and equipment
• Installation of control, signaling and lighting systems
• Localization and elimination of errors in controlled systems (ventilation and supply technology, gates)
• Reading circuit diagrams and carrying out tests on electrical equipment and systems
• Carrying out inspection tours
