At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS we are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in Oracle database testing to join a key client project involving complex systems and high data volumes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of critical IT environments, working closely with development, operations, and business teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document both manual and automated test cases
• Ensure the quality of test processes in complex and sensitive system environments
• Create and maintain test data and documentation in line with industry standards
• Perform system, integration, and acceptance testing
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA tools and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL, and PL/SQL
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix, Windows, and shell scripting
• Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, JUnit, or equivalent
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor’s or higher)
• ISTQB® Foundation Level Certification is required
• Fluent in German (C1/C2)
• Working knowledge of English and/or French is considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Structured and autonomous working style
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Team-oriented, with a professional and proactive mindset
