— Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture, construction management, civil or industrial

engineering
— At least 10 years of professional experience in the field of planning or execution of building construction
— In-depth experience and knowledge of cost management and VOB or VOB/C
— Experience/interest in: RIB iTwo (or alternative software across all project phases), BIM in cost control,

migration to online solutions
— Proficiency in general IT applications such as MS Office, scheduling, cost controlling
— Communication skills, organizational talent and independence
— Consulting skills, ability to work in a team and the ability to balance different interests

And this is what your area of responsibility will look like:

Cost control
— Responsibility for the costing tasks of our projects from rough cost estimation to final costing
— Determining costs and advising on the economic implementation of projects in direct exchange with

the planning team
— Cost estimation, maintaining cost parameters, checking the completeness of cost calculations for plausibility,

providing advice on planning

—Support with the implementation of our cost calculation in BIM-supported methodology
— Switch to online solution for AVA

— Quality assurance in the areas of tendering, supplementary work and cost management together with the team
