Ihre Aufgaben:

• You support general legal matters within the company and contribute to day-to-day legal operations - covering topics such as tenancy law, contract law, and corporate law
• You provide legal guidance for procurement and construction contract projects
• You assist in implementing data protection requirements and ensure compliance with current regulatory standards
• You collaborate closely with internal departments and coordinate the handover of specific legal matters to external law firms when necessary
• You draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, with a focus on IT law, construction contract law, and general contract law, ensuring comprehensive legal support

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• You hold a completed law degree with both state examinations
• You bring relevant professional experience in legal support on the corporate side (in-house)
• You demonstrate in-depth expertise in contract law, ideally complemented by experience in corporate law, data protection law, or IT law
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
• You impress with a structured, solution-oriented approach, a high level of personal responsibility, and strong communication skills
