Job Description
About the Team
The Final Assembly team is responsible for performing final production assembly operations.
What you can look forward to as a Final Assembly Operator:
- Set-up and execution of proper product assembly using state of the art technology.
- Ensure proper production material usage by following detailed Process instructions.
- Ensure quality product by inspection to critical parameters.
- Operate industrial pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Communicate with the team to identify issues and make suggestions to develop continuous improvement opportunities.
- Perform maintenance when needed; Assist in training new operators
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies and procedures.
Competencies
Your Profile as a Final Assembly Operator:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to perform reading and math functions at the 8th grade level.
- Ability to multi-task; Excellent attention to detail.
- Must be able to rotate into final assembly positions within assigned line or cell.
- Must be able to perform a change over when necessary.
- Computer experience is required.
The base compensation for this role is $17.50.
