We are looking for a General Manager to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel Porsche Design Tower, Stuttgart.

• You lead the hotel with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and commercial success.
• You work closely with Heads of Department to maximize business potential and strengthen brand reputation.
• You ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety standards, and financial controls.
• You proactively manage daily operations to deliver smooth performance and exceptional service.
• You report directly to the Managing Director and act as the driving force behind the hotel’s success.

• You have solid experience in hotel management or a related field.
• You bring excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• You think strategically while staying hands-on and operationally focused.
• You are passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
• You manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
