As Head of Operations (gn) , you will actively shape Seturion’s core functions from day one. Working closely with the CEO and the leadership team, you will strategically build and continuously expand the Operations department. You will ensure smooth day-to-day business activities and drive the company’s sustainable operational scalability. In this role, you will act as a key figure with significant autonomy, responsibility, and long-term development opportunities.
- Operational Scaling for DLT: Build, structure, and scale the Operations function for a DLT-based settlement and registry solution.
- Ownership of the Post-Trade Lifecycle: End-to-end responsibility for operational processes across the securities and post-trade lifecycle (settlement, corporate actions, reporting, registry).
- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain a stable, efficient, and regulatory-compliant operational environment.
- Process & KPI Management: Define, implement, and monitor scalable processes, controls, and KPIs.
- Regulatory Operationalization: Work closely with the leadership team to translate regulatory and strategic requirements into robust operational workflows.
- Cross-Functional Interface Management: Manage critical operational interfaces across Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT and other core functions.
- Team Building & Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a specialized Operations team.
- Product & Market Enablement: Support product launches, market integrations, and scaling phases from an operational perspective.
- Professional Experience: Relevant experience in a comparable role within the financial sector, combined with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
- Functional & Managerial Expertise: Proven track record in leading operational functions, ideally within the post-trade environment.
- Personal Competencies: You combine entrepreneurial thinking, accountability, a hands-on mentality, and a confident approach to decision-making. You also bring a strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, and innovative capital market structures.
- Language skills: Excellent communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
