At Mercedes-Benz, we are shaping the future of After-Sales.
Our department develops new digital business ideas and coordinates the topic of eCommerce After-Sales (technical accessories, collection & lifestyle, tires, car care products, service contracts, etc.) on a global level.
These challenges await you:
Analyze existing Mercedes-Benz apps along the customer journey
What business opportunities could AI offer to generate more business in the digital After-Sales channel?
Analyze existing Mercedes-Benz competitors as well as non-automotive players in the online sales (including apps) of After-Sales products regarding customer journey and user-friendliness (using publicly available online sources)
Prepare analysis results for committees and management
The Mandatory Internship can start working from October 2025.
- Studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Programming, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – additional foreign languages are a plus; confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, commitment, strategic working style, ability to work independently; confident demeanor and quick comprehension
Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
