Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x), you will support us in the conception and implementation of strategy, transformation and change management projects in a global network of Mercedes-Benz IT subsidiaries that stretches from Germany to Spain, Turkey and Malaysia to India.

• In addition, your support is required for a wide range of projects in the areas of portfolio management, M&A, organizational development and strategy consulting.

• Independently carrying out market analyses and trend observations is also part of your tasks in order to provide important impulses for the strategic orientation.

• You will prepare strategy and transformation workshops, actively accompany them and document the results.

• During your work, you will always attach importance to standardization, transparency and efficiency in order to enable sustainable change and successfully drive projects forward.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study from the 4th semester onwards and would like to gain valuable practical experience for six months starting in March 2026.

• In addition, you are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word and ideally already have initial practical experience in the field of strategy, organizational development, consulting or transformation.

• As a team player (m/f/x), you look forward to working regularly with your colleagues (m/f/x) on site in Stuttgart and are characterized by your very good written and spoken German and English skills.

• Your strengths include a pragmatic, independent way of working, a quick grasp and strong analytical skills.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
