Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x), you will support the Organization Design & Business Processes team in wide-ranging transformation projects such as portfolio and demand management as well as leadership and organizational transformation in a global IT network, with a focus on standardization, transparency and efficiency for sustainable change.

• In this role, you will support the conception and implementation of strategy, transformation and change management projects in a global context.

• As part of the Mercedes-Benz Digital Hub strategy, you will support projects in the areas of transformation, international cooperation, leadership, organizational development and consulting.

• Your tasks will also include conducting market analyses and trend observations.

• In addition, you will prepare, accompany and document leadership, strategy and transformation workshops.

Your profile?

• You are studying economics, industrial engineering or a similar course of study at least in the 4th semester and ideally have initial practical experience in strategy, organizational development, consulting or transformation.

• In addition, you want to get involved in our topics as an intern, continuously develop yourself and work together with your colleagues as a team player in the office in Stuttgart from time to time.

• You are characterized by clear and open communication as well as an organized and independent way of working.

• In addition, you have a quick grasp, strong analytical skills, quickly find your way around a dynamic environment and enjoy conceptual work.

• Your proficient handling of common MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
