Your Mission

As an International Sales Setter, you are the first contact person for our international leads.

You build relationships, qualify prospects, and prepare deals for our closing team. Your goal: turn leads into customers – through professional, multilingual communication and targeted appointment setting.

Tasks

  • First contact & qualification of international leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Cold calling and email acquisition in various markets
  • Multilingual communication with decision-makers (perfect English, ideally also Spanish and/or French)
  • Identifying needs & buying motivation
  • Scheduling appointments for our Closers & Key Account Managers
  • Maintaining and documenting all activities in the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Close cooperation with the International Sales Team to achieve KPI targets
  • Market monitoring and feedback to the marketing and product team

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable sales or B2B acquisition role
  • Perfect English, written and spoken (additional languages such as Spanish and French are a great advantage)
  • Hunter mentality: you love actively winning new customers
  • Experience in cold calling and international lead handling
  • Confident handling of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Self-organized and results-oriented way of working
  • High self-motivation and closing orientation
