Program intro
You have just completed your studies and are now looking for an exciting opportunity to start your professional journey in a global company?
The Global Career Starter Program is our 18-month entry-level rotation program that is tailored to you and gives you a successful start to your career. With up to 6 job rotations through different departments, you will gain a variety of insights and take on exciting responsibilities. In addition to working in multinational teams, you will expand your international experience and network through an assignment abroad at one of our global locations. Our aim is to create an environment in which you can accelerate your professional and personal development. That's why we support your development through mentoring, training, and networking activities. At the end of the program, you will be well equipped to start in your target position at MAHLE.

Tasks and what we offer

- In addition to contributing to the development and industrialization of advanced manufacturing processes for thermal and fluid systems – from initial concept and technology selection to equipment commissioning
- You are part of agile, cross-functional teams. You bring your ideas into the early stages of product development to help ensure robust and efficient production solutions for future series manufacturing
- Master’s degree with above-average academic performance in an engineering discipline, preferably in mechanical engineering, process engineering, production engineering, or industrial engineering
- Initial practical experience gained through relevant internships, ideally within the automotive industry and with a focus on manufacturing or process-related topics
- International experience through studies abroad or internships
- High motivation, curiosity, and commitment to professional and personal development
- Holistic entrepreneurial and change mindset as well as hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- English proficiency
