The Role

Kyndryl Consult is the fastest-growing business within our organization, playing a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams. You will guide complex consulting engagements and create strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, spanning business and IT solutions and transformations affecting the entire customer ecosystem.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth through signings and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with CXO-level clients as a trusted advisor.
• Lead the design and oversight of complex client engagements, ensuring high performance and satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous development, innovation, and commercial focus within your team.
• Utilize industry and technology expertise to shape strategic initiatives and develop thought leadership.

Who You Are

You possess extensive experience in client engagement at the CXO level, a proven track record in leading complex projects, and a deep understanding of industry trends and technology. Fluency in German and English is required. You are customer-focused, innovative, and inclusive, with a growth mindset and the ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior stakeholders.
