We are currently seeking an NLP Engineer/Developer (m/f/d) on behalf of a client.

The project will be conducted remotely, with an average workload of 100%.

• Integrate contract data into language models to enhance contextual understanding and response accuracy.
• Analyze customer service email interactions to identify gaps in response quality and build an evaluation system that explains why certain replies may fall short.
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks using language models to assess and improve customer communication.
• Identify and execute improvement opportunities across the customer service pipeline, focusing on automation and model performance.
• Conduct error analysis to address the final 20% of edge cases and ensure high-quality output.
• Drive continuous improvements in model performance, data pipelines, and customer experience.
• Refactor and optimize Python codebases for maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Minimize reliance on Azure-based solutions by exploring and implementing alternative cloud or on-premise architectures.

Anforderungen:

MUST:

• Experience working with complex cloud architectures, as the project is long-running and set up in a sophisticated environment.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and design patterns.
• Proficient in a Python tech stack within Azure, with familiarity in using language models from OpenAI.
• Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with both in-ternal and external stakeholders.
