Your Contribution
- A three-year, individually designed doctoral (PhD) program in the Group's advanced engineering department
- PhD program in the field of vehicle powertrain, future technologies, cost efficiency, and market development
- Intensive research and development work in close cooperation with industrial partners and research companies
- Partner university: University of Stuttgart
- Competent support from the department, personnel development and the university
- Early discussion about possible career options within the MAHLE group
- Excellent university degree (Master or comparable) in automotive engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar fields with a focus on vehicle systems or technology management
- Basic knowledge of longitudinal dynamics simulation, life cycle analysis as well as an understanding of vehicle architectures and powertrain variants is an advantage.
- Excellent English and fluent German skills
- Independent scientific work, flexibility, ability to work in a team, structured thinking, commitment
