Your role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales activities with a focus on medium-sized companies in the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing our go-to-market strategy, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Your responsibilities

Sales

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies in line with Blockbrain’s bottom-up approach for the DACH market.
  • Management of the sales pipeline, sales forecasts, and reporting on key performance indicators.

Customer relations

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Overseeing the creation of customized sales presentations for various target groups.

market intelligence

  • Keeping up with market trends, what the competition is doing, and what customers need in the knowledge management space.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with the operations and partner management team to ensure smooth implementation of customer solutions.

Your profile

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in B2B software sales and a deep understanding of the DACH SME market. Your strategic thinking and ability to close complex deals make you an A+ player.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : 5+ years in B2B sales management, preferably in the software industry.
  • Communication : Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Closing deals : Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Tech affinity : Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Technical understanding: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that is understandable to
    non-technical audiences.
  • Education : A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
