Senior SAP HCM (H4S4) Consultant (m/f/d)

Hybrid / Remote Location: Germany-wide / Stuttgart

My client is a German leader in production and manufacturing, known for innovative, sustainable systems that support safe and efficient transport across industries like e-commerce, logistics, and manufacturing.

They are now searching for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to help drive the transformation of their HR landscape as they transition to SAP S/4HANA. If you're eager to take ownership and shape the future of HR processes within a dynamic SAP environment this is your opportunity.

• Take functional leadership in complex SAP HCM projects on both national and international levels

• Analyze existing HR system landscapes and develop innovative solutions for future optimization

• Collaborate closely with HR strategy, IT, and application teams to ensure successful project outcomes

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, especially in PA and PY

• Strong configuration and project implementation knowledge

• Ideally, previous involvement in a migration to S/4HANA HCM (H4S4)

• High IT affinity with a structured and customer-focused working style

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel
