The role is part of a global SAP Team, headquartered in Germany and offers maximum remote flexibility (up to 99%)

• Salary: Up to €120.000 (depending on experience)

• Remote Setup: 99% remote – occasional presence in Munich is welcome, but not mandatory

• Environment: Global team structure, low hierarchy, and international project exposure

• Relocation Support: Available if needed (within the EU)

• SAP Platform Ownership: Lead global SAP Basis operations including upgrades, transport management, and system performance

• Project Involvement: Contribute to SAP RISE transition, GRC administration, and backend architecture topics

• Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and integration teams on global initiatives

• Support Coordination: Act as escalation point for external service providers and handle 2nd-level support

• Innovation: Drive continuous improvement of SAP infrastructure and technical roadmap

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis within enterprise environments

• Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, ALM, GRC, and SAP RISE architecture

• Infrastructure Know-how: Familiar with networking, firewalls, and database management

• Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across distributed global teams

• Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) – German is a plus, but not required
