Your Tasks:

• You coordinate the planning and implementation of complex bridge construction projects and lead the project team .
• You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with our specialist departments and promote professional exchange .
• You develop innovative, sustainable bridge concepts and provide new impetus in technology and design.
• You will be responsible for the technical coordination of ongoing projects – with an eye for quality, cost-effectiveness and open communication.
• You ensure that all technical regulations, standards and legal requirements are adhered to.
• You build and actively maintain trusting relationships with clients, authorities and project partners .
• You will help shape the development of our new bridge construction department – technically, organizationally and strategically.

Your Profile:

• You have completed a degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering or bridge construction.
• You have already gained experience in leading project teams and are keen to develop into a leadership role .
• You have several years of experience in the planning or implementation of complex bridge construction projects .
• You are very familiar with the relevant standards and regulations such as Eurocode, DIN and RAB-ING .
• You think in a solution-oriented manner , act responsibly and communicate reliably with internal and external project participants.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, ideally you also have knowledge of French.
• You don't just want to implement projects, but actively build and shape something.
