In this role, you will combine your technical consulting expertise with management responsibility. You will look after strategically important customer accounts and be responsible for expanding their business. You will lead a team at your location and act as the central interface on site between employees and the C-level. As part of the site management team, you will have a lot of room for manoeuvre.

Your tasks
- You take responsibility for a team of up to 12 employees at your location and support them in their career planning.
- You ensure a continuously high utilization of your team and coordinate their project deployment planning.
- You advise on technological best practices, take responsibility for at least one customer account, build trusting business relationships and develop them strategically.
- You will design and develop powerful cloud-native software solutions using modern technologies such as Java, Go, TypeScript or C#.
- You create future-proof software solutions with frameworks and platforms such as Angular, React, Spring or .NET.
- You will design innovative applications, conceptualise modern software architectures or support companies in the digital transformation of existing systems.
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience. Software development is your speciality. If you are an experienced software architect, AI/ Data Engineer or DevOps engineer, you've come to the right place!
- You already have experience in team leadership and enjoy the individual development of your employees.
- You like to take responsibility for customer accounts, build trusting relationships and understand how to strategically support customer needs, translate them into projects, and inspire the right colleagues.
- You communicate professionally and clearly in German and English with stakeholders as well as with project and development teams.
