• You are an integral part of the AI & Analytics team, building ML/AI-based solutions in an event-driven architecture (EDA/ECST).
• In your team, you define and uphold software engineering best practices and maintain high code quality.
• You take ownership of your projects from ideation (together with our Product Manager) to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• You share your knowledge across your team and the wider product development unit, and draft quick proof-of-concepts when needed.
• You engage with non-technical stakeholders like operations, management, discuss potentials (and limitations) of recent advances in AI/LLMs.

• You have a degree in data science, computer science, or a related field.
• You bring solid expertise in machine learning, with a track record of building scalable, production-grade systems. While numbers aren’t everything, this level of skill typically comes with at least 4-5 years of professional experience in high-impact projects.
• You are proficient in Python – our primary language for backend services. Experience with SQL is a nice-to-have.
• You are familiar with lifecycle management tools (MLflow) and containerization (Docker).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including agentic AI applications, is a big plus.
• You are comfortable working with cloud platforms. We use Azure and AWS.
• Your entrepreneurial mindset shapes the way you take initiative, embrace feedback, and take full ownership of your projects.
