- Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
- Take part in code reviews and share knowledge with peers to raise the bar across the team.
- Influence design and product decisions with technical insight and user empathy.
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, * 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years using Flutter/Dart.
- Experience shipping production-quality apps with strong UI/UX standards.
- Understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and agile development workflows.
- Customer-first mindset - you care about how users experience what you build.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience integrating IoT or energy-related APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP environments.
- Knowledge of Firebase, analytics, or app performance monitoring tools.
- Experience mentoring other engineers or contributing to open-source projects.
Benefits & conditions
- You've delivered new, high-impact features that improved the user experience and engagement metrics.
- App stability and performance KPIs have improved measurably (fewer crashes, faster load times).
- You've introduced code or process improvements that increased team velocity or quality.
