Tasks

You design and architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring adherence to platform best practices
You develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and configuration tools
You understand and implement integration patterns to support end-to-end landscape requirements and ensure compatibility with existing backend systems
You drive synergies across multiple Salesforce Clouds by harmonizing data, processes, integrations, and reusable components to achieve scalability, efficiency, and a seamless user experience
You provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and team members, conduct thorough code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices
You implement and maintain quality assurance processes, perform testing and debugging, and ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables
You stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, optimize existing processes, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Qualifications

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Several years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, Flows)
Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with APIs
Experience with code reviews, CI/CD processes, and testing frameworks
Salesforce certifications and knowledge of other Salesforce Clouds are beneficial
Attitude for independent work and a proactive mindset
Intrinsic motivation to stay up-to-date with new Salesforce technology
Proficient in English, knowledge of German is advantageous
