• Analytical abilities for thorough DATA analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to articulate value and improvements to all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless requirement discovery and solution presentation.
• A team-oriented mindset with the capability to contribute to both team and personal success, especially within a matrixed organization.
