For the disciplinary and technical management of one of our development teams at our location in Stuttgart we are looking for you at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of an agile development team
- Management and prioritization of the product backlog according to business value in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Creation of technical concepts for the implementation of business requirements together with the development team
- Technical solution responsibility (function/quality/performance/maintainability) for the areas of responsibility of the agile development team
Job profile
- Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally already initial management experience
- Deep technical understanding of cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure and software development tools
- Strategic thinking, results-oriented action and strong analytical skills
- Agile mindset/leadership style with the ability to inspire, empower and motivate others
- Strong communication skills and very good German and English skills
