UX / UI Designer (m/f/d)

As a UX/UI designer, you will play an active role in shaping the future of our complex B2B AI platforms. As a product designer, you are the central interface between user needs, design, and technology, ensuring that our products remain intuitive, data secure, and accessible. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and play a key role in the user-centered development of innovative AI functionalities.

• Design and optimization of user flows and information architectures for complex processes
• Further development and maintenance of our design system for consistent and scalable UI components
• Design of modular UI elements and micro-interactions to improve user guidance
• Close collaboration with development teams, tech department, and customer support to implement and further develop features
• Representing the user perspective and ensuring data-secure, barrier-free interfaces
• Continuous integration of user feedback to improve usability
• Development of new innovative functions with a focus on user value in the field of B2B AI and knowledge management platforms

• Completed degree in design disciplines, media informatics, or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proven experience in designing complex B2B interfaces
• In-depth knowledge of visual design, information architecture, and the development of intuitive user flows
• Confident use of Figma (or comparable design tools)
• Experience in the development, maintenance, and further development of design systems
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes
• Basic experience in user research and usability testing for user-centered optimization
• Basic understanding of web technologies and agile collaboration with development teams
• Experience in implementing data-secure and accessible interfaces (accessibility)

• Strong analytical skills for solving complex design problems
• Structured and independent way of working
• Experience in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to work closely with developers and product managers
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to design challenges
• Excellent communication skills for conveying design decisions
• Ability to seek and implement constructive feedback
• Strong presentation and visualization skills for stakeholder communication
• Team-oriented approach and willingness to share knowledge
