Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

• Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Scrum Master*innen tatkräftig im Projekt Vehicle Booking System (VBS) und trägst maßgeblich zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei.

• In dieser Rolle unterstützt du bei der Erstellung von Reportings und automatisierst Abfragen in Jira, wodurch du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Effizienzsteigerung und Optimierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe leistest.

• Du bist verantwortlich für die regelmäßige Vorbereitung von Projektplänen und Meetings (Retro, Dailies, Reviews, etc.) und unterstützt bei der Durchführung und Nachbereitung.

• Darüber hinaus bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle für die Kommunikation mit unseren Projektmitarbeitenden, indem du Mailings erstellst und versendest, um einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss im Projekt sicherzustellen.

Wie passt du in unser Team?

• Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Teams und Kunden.

• Der sichere Umgang mit Office Tools wie MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook und Teams ist für dich selbstverständlich und du bringst idealerweise auch Kenntnisse in Atlassian Tools wie Jira und Confluence sowie Web Tools wie Mural mit.

• Die Moderation von Meetings bereitet dir Freude und du bist in der Lage, diese zielorientiert und effizient zu gestalten.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft, neben der Remote-Arbeit bei Bedarf auch vor Ort zu arbeiten, runden dein Profil ab.
