Your tasks?

• As a Working Student (m/f/x), you will support our team in daily operations, particularly in proposal creation, project controlling, and invoicing. This will provide you with a comprehensive insight into our operational processes.

• You will actively participate in overarching finance processes, such as monthly and annual financial statements, allocations, and calculations.

• In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the optimization of our processes by collaborating on strategic and conceptual projects for the transformation of finance and controlling processes.

• You will support the digitalization of processes in the finance and controlling area and assist in the creation of analyses and evaluations of the financial performance of projects, as well as in the preparation of presentations and decision-making templates for management.

• Furthermore, you will support the further development of controlling instruments and methods and contribute to achieving optimal results and efficient workflows through your collaboration within the team and in cross-functional initiatives.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) in economics, ideally with a focus on finance, controlling, accounting, or a comparable field of study.

• Ideally, you already have basic knowledge and initial practical experience in finance and controlling, and have gained some experience with ERP systems.

• Furthermore, you are proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel.

• You are characterized by analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers, an independent and structured way of working, as well as enthusiasm for transformation topics in the financial sector.

• With your high level of motivation, willingness to learn, initiative, sense of responsibility, and communication skills, you are an ideal fit for our team.

• Good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
