Your tasks?

• As a Working Student HR Business Partner (f/m/d/x), you will gain valuable insights into the work of HR Business Partners (f/m/d/x) and support managers and employees.

• Your tasks will include the administrative execution of various HR measures and the creation of concepts, presentations, and other HR documents (e.g., Excel lists, reports).

• In day-to-day operations, you will learn the processes and provide active support, while independently managing smaller projects.

• You will design communication materials for project topics and HR processes, and you will prepare HR meetings and workshops, including scheduling and content preparation for the agenda.

• Finally, you will contribute to the management of annual HR processes and actively participate in diverse projects.

Your profile?

• You are studying Work and Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Law, or a similar field.

• With your passion for HR topics and your creative ideas, you enrich our team, and ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the HR environment.

• Good MS Office skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems distinguish you.

• A high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course.

• Very good German language skills complete your profile and make you a valuable addition to our team.

To ensure that there is still enough free time in addition to studying and working, you will receive a pro rata 30 vacation days with us as well as the opportunity to plan your working hours flexibly.
