Your tasks?

• As part of our team, you will gain exciting insights into a wide range of topics in personnel development and provide support in day-to-day operations as well as in various projects.

• In addition, you will accompany the implementation and implementation of our internal training series with varied formats for the personal and professional development of our employees.

• You will also get to know the entire process of performance evaluation and development of our employees.

• You will support the implementation of our large employee survey - including evaluation, reporting and the derivation of measures for further development in the teams.

• You can expect insights into our potential process, which accompanies employees on their way to becoming managers.

• You will take on operational tasks in training management.

Your profile?

• As a student of (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable course of study, you have the ideal professional foundation.

• In addition, you share our passion for personnel development, enjoy contributing your ideas and concepts and ideally have already gained initial experience in the HR environment.

• You also have good MS Office skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.

• You are characterized by open and empathetic communication, a quick grasp and an independent and structured way of working.

• A high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course for you.

• You complement our team with very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken, and can be on site at least once a week.
