Your tasks?

• As a Working Student (m/f/x), you will actively support our Scrum Masters in the Vehicle Booking System (VBS) project and make a significant contribution to ensuring a smooth workflow.

• In this role, you will assist in the creation of reports and automate queries in Jira, making an important contribution to increasing efficiency and optimizing our workflows.

• You will be responsible for the regular preparation of project plans and meetings (Retro, Dailies, Reviews, etc.) and support the execution and follow-up.

• In addition, you will be an important interface for communication with our project staff by creating and sending mailings to ensure a smooth flow of information within the project.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) of computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, and you have excellent communication skills in dealing with teams and customers.

• Confident use of Office Tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, and Teams is a matter of course for you, and ideally you also have knowledge of Atlassian Tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as Web Tools such as Mural.

• You enjoy moderating meetings and are able to design them in a goal-oriented and efficient manner.

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as the willingness to work on-site when needed in addition to remote work, complete your profile.
