Your tasks?

• You will actively support the planning, coordination and follow-up of project management tasks.
• You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of management meetings, including taking minutes and tracking tasks.
• The creation and maintenance of presentations, dashboards and communication documents for management will also be part of your activities.
• You will also contribute to internal communication by creating posts on the intranet or short video formats.
• In addition, you will research and prepare information for decision-making purposes.
• Collaboration in the optimization of processes and tools in the project environment will round off your area of responsibility.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of economics, communication sciences, media management or a comparable course of study.
• You are characterized by your strong organizational talent and structured way of working.
• You are confident with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally, you also have experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA or MS Teams.
• You have a strong affinity for media and a keen interest in visual communication, including simple video editing and presentation design.
• The ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills are key qualities that characterize you.
• Very good German language skills and good English skills complete your profile.
