Role Description & Responsibilities

• Track and monitor all transformation initiatives to ensure progress and identify potential roadblocks
• Organize and facilitate decision committees, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Maintain regular OKR reporting on our internal platform to keep stakeholders informed
• Ensure process compliance across all key initiatives and support standardized workflows
• Create transparency and alignment across the transformation program through structured reporting
• Act as the central coordination point between project teams and decision-makers

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Business Administration (focus on processes/project management), or a related field
• Interest in project management, organizational transformation, and process optimization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Comfortable working with data, tracking tools, and reporting platforms
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
