Job description
- You lead the HACCP team and moderate the meetings
- You maintain and develop the HACCP concept, including work and procedural instructions
- You maintain the certified standards (IFS-Food, BRC, RSPO, UTZ, KAT)
- You carry out QM-relevant audits and prepare customer and certification audits
- You are responsible for the food law inspection of raw and finished goods as well as packaging and labelling
- You create and check finished goods specifications with declarations
- Hygiene, You are responsible for hygiene, quality and sensory controls in production
- Quality control and traceability, including the control of defective products, are no obstacle for you
- You process and evaluate complaints
- You regularly conduct staff training on QM/QA topics as well as HACCP and the Infection Protection Act
Requirements
- You have a degree in food technology, food chemistry, ecotrophology or a comparable qualification
- First management experience or several years of professional experience in a comparable position are desirable
- Founded expertise in QM, HACCP, IFS and food law
- You have a good command of spoken German and valid working papers
- An organised and reliable way of working rounds off your profile
