Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als System Engineer IT Support (m/w/d) – TETRA Netz & Mobile IT.

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie ein hochkomplexes, landesweites TETRA-Funknetz und sichern den stabilen Betrieb sowie die Integration von Mobilfunk- und IT-Subsystemen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen und bringen sich aktiv in agile Entwicklungs- und Betriebsstrukturen ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung technischer Meldungen zu verschiedenen IT-Komponenten eines komplexen, landesweiten TETRA-Netzes.

• Beitrag zur Integration der Mobilfunk- und IT-Teilsysteme sowie der vielfältigen Anwendungen zur Ende-zu-Ende-Gesamtlösung.

• Koordination technischer Abstimmungen mit weiteren Teilsystemen (z. B. Data Center/Virtualisierung, IT-Vernetzung, Cyber-Security), der Product Line, Unterauftragnehmern und dem Kunden.

• Aktive Mitgestaltung moderner agiler Arbeitsmethoden, ggf. auch in Rollen wie SAFe/Scrum Product Owner, SAFe/Scrum Master oder SAFe/Scrum System Architect.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbar.

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobilfunk und/oder Netzwerktechnik.

• Wünschenswert: Know-how zu Data-Center-Technologien/Cloud-Architekturen, Netzmanagement und IT-Sicherheit.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen).

• Analytische, systematische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Teamgeist.

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch versiert.

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a System Engineer IT Support (m/f/d) – TETRA Network & Mobile IT.

In this role you support a highly complex nationwide TETRA communication network, ensuring stable operations and integration of mobile communication and IT subsystems. You collaborate closely with internal and external interfaces and actively contribute to modern agile ways of working.

Your tasks

• Support the handling of technical incident reports related to various IT components of a complex nationwide TETRA network.

• Contribute to the integration of mobile communication and IT subsystems as well as diverse applications into an end-to-end overall solution.

• Coordinate technical alignments with other subsystems (e.g., data center/virtualization, IT networking, cyber security), the product line, subcontractors and the customer.

• Help shape modern agile working methods, potentially in roles such as SAFe/Scrum Product Owner, SAFe/Scrum Master or SAFe/Scrum System Architect.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, telecommunications/communications engineering or comparable.

• Knowledge in mobile communications and/or network technology.

• Nice to have: experience with data center technologies/cloud architectures, network management and IT security.

• Solid MS Office skills (incl. detailed functions).

• Analytical, systematic working style and strong team spirit.

• Fluent German, proficient English.
