Job description
- You will be responsible for monitoring the entire production process and ensuring that it runs smoothly
- You will set up the system precisely for each order and adjust all parameters accordingly
- You will be responsible for changing tools, while also paying attention to quality and efficiency
- You are responsible for regular worker self-checks, which you document carefully
- Your responsibilities include maintenance and minor repair work on technical systems
- You rectify faults quickly so that production continues without major downtime
Requirements
- You are willing to work in shifts and are flexible in terms of working hours
- Ideally, you have completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- Your independent way of working and your motivation make you a reliable team member
- You have a particularly strong technical understanding and can quickly familiarise yourself with new processes
- You are flexible, act on your own initiative and are happy to take on responsibility in your day-to-day work
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
