We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected individual to join the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will actively support fundraising and business development efforts, provide strategic guidance, and contribute to initiatives to advance the mission and growth of the organization.
Your Mission:

• Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and introduce potential investors and/or strategic partners.
• Contribute to setting and achieving fundraising goals, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business development activities with biotech/pharma partners (licensing, fee-for-service, or diagnostics-related opportunities).
• Explore additional sources of investment such as grant applications and non-dilutive funding.
• Serve as an ambassador, enhancing the organization’s visibility and reputation.
• Support the development and dissemination of marketing materials, press releases, and social media content.
• Assist in crafting compelling narratives that communicate the organization’s impact and value proposition to diverse audiences.
• Advise on branding strategies and public relations efforts to strengthen stakeholder engagement.

• Actively participate in quarterly board meetings, providing insights and oversight on strategy and performance.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in fundraising, business development, marketing, or related fields.
• Expertise in preclinical development (e.g., study design aligned with regulatory requirements, GMP production).
• Strong network within relevant industries or investment circles.

Public Representation

• Consent to be publicly associated as a Board Member, including appearing on the website, marketing materials, and press releases.
• Willingness to represent the organization at external events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission and initiatives.
