To strengthen the Vitaris AG - A Member of Chromos Group AG back office teams based in Dielsdorf ZH and/or Baar ZG, we are looking for a committed team member as a
Dispatcher in technical customer service 70% - 100% (all gender)
What are you going to do?
- As a central hub, you will schedule service technician assignments throughout Switzerland and support our customers as a reliable service partner
- You support our customers by telephone and in writing in German, French and English
- You plan and coordinate technician deployments, maintenance orders and customer inquiries efficiently and proactively. You will have the opportunity to help shape and continuously improve existing processes
- You take on a wide range of administrative tasks such as clarifications, quotations, invoicing, contract management and evaluations
- You will also be responsible for the international purchasing of spare parts and their inventory management
- Last but not least, you will support the technical team leader and the technical team to ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
What do you need?
- Completed commercial training and a strong technical understanding
- Experience in customer service and/or scheduling
- Very good language skills in German, French and English, any other language is a plus
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with the ERP solution Navision
- Enjoy telephone customer contact and administrative tasks, coupled with a strong customer and service orientation
- A high degree of organizational talent, independence and accuracy
- You are a resilient, stress-resistant and responsible team player with an independent and precise way of working
- With your outgoing, sociable and uncomplicated personality, you will fit in perfectly with our young and motivated team
