Tasks:
Project Leadership & Implementation
- Lead and coordinate implementation and upgrade projects (ERP, BI, CRM, Document Archiving).
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation (requirements, specs, validation, UAT).
- Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Oversee system changes and ensure all modifications follow validated change control processes (GxP compliance).
System & Application Management
- Serve as system owner/admin for ERP and key applications (e.g., QlikSense, DocuWare, HubSpot).
- Support functional users and ensure smooth system operations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve business applications to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate upgrades and troubleshooting with vendors and integrators.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems with business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive GxP documentation in collaboration with QA.
- Support ongoing validation, monitoring, and change control for all systems within scope.
Qualification:
Experience managing and implementing ERP systems and core business applications
Proven track record leading software implementation projects from planning to go-live and support
Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
Strong knowledge of quality, security, and privacy regulations in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., GxP)
Fluent in English and Italian (Italian is a must)
Ability to work independently and lead cross-department initiatives

Location : Tissin (4 days on-site, 1 remote)
