We’re looking for you: an experienced professional with a hands-on mindset, strong customer focus, and a confident, polished presence.
What you’ll do:
- Lead CX digital transformation projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Empower project teams and inspire clients with your confident, empathetic leadership style.
- Take ownership of program management in large-scale projects and coordinate partner companies.
- Advise clients on optimizing processes, organizations, and customer experiences—focusing on best practices, real-world use cases, and data strategies in sales.
- Keep a sharp eye on scope, budget, resources, timelines, and quality.
- Share your expertise in presales activities and support our sales team.
What you’ll bring:
- 5–10 years of experience in IT projects or consulting, ideally with external clients.
- A hands-on approach—you make things happen.
- Strong skills in stakeholder and expectation management.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence at every level—from front-line staff to the C-suite.
- Passion for CRM processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Service) and CX topics.
- A natural customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in German and English.
- High motivation, curiosity, and enthusiasm for new technologies.
