Robotron Switzerland found the right system administrator for the operation of energy data management systems with the nearshoring model of the Online Group.
Robotron Datenbank-Software GmbH is a leading IT system house with headquarters in Dresden, Germany. The long-established company specializes in the development and implementation of database solutions and software for various industries. An experienced team of around 650 employees works at four locations in Germany as well as in international subsidiaries in Switzerland, the Czech Republic and New Zealand.
Robotron Schweiz GmbH was faced with the urgent need to recruit an experienced and highly qualified Senior System Administrator (SysAdmins) for the operation of energy data management systems (EDM). These systems, which are operated in a critical infrastructure (KRITIS) environment, require comprehensive expertise in Oracle systems. The challenge was to find and hire a candidate with many years of experience, a high degree of independence and excellent communication skills within a short period of time.
The solution
