Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS am Standort Taufkirchen suchen wir Sie als Configuration & Documentation Manager (m/w/d) – Space Systems.

Im Bereich Configuration & Documentation Management stellen Sie sicher, dass Konfigurations- und Dokumentationsprozesse über den gesamten Produkt- und Projekt-Lifecycle hinweg wirksam angewendet werden. Sie arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams eng mit Entwicklung, Produktion und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen, treiben Traceability-Anforderungen für Space-Produkte voran und entwickeln die zugrunde liegenden Prozesse LEAN-orientiert weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung und Umsetzung des Konfigurationsmanagements für mehrere Space-Produkte in dynamischen Projekten (Changes, Boards, Baselines).

• Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team zur Konfigurations- und Dokumentationssteuerung in Entwicklung und Produktion, standortübergreifend.

• Durchführung von Reifegradbewertungen im Konfigurations-/Dokumentationsmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung der Traceability nach Space-Anforderungen.

• Aufbau, Pflege und Sicherstellung der Konfigurations- und Dokumentationsdaten in Teamcenter (PLM) sowie SAP.

• Weiterentwicklung und Stärkung der Konfigurations-/Dokumentationsprozesse innerhalb des Teams und mit weiteren Stakeholdern (LEAN-orientiert).

• Aktive Rolle als Ansprechpartner*in und "Ambassador" für Konfigurations- und Dokumentationsaspekte sowie kontinuierliche persönliche Weiterentwicklung.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) im Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Configuration Management und/oder Dokumentationsmanagement, idealerweise in komplexen Entwicklungs- oder Produktionsumgebungen.

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (Detailfunktionen) sowie PLM-Tools wie Teamcenter; Confluence und JIRA sind von Vorteil.

• Hohe Teamorientierung, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Durchsetzungsstärke.

• Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift; Französisch ist ein Plus.

• Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit am Standort Taufkirchen in einem projektgetriebenen Space-Umfeld.

For our customer AIRBUS in Taufkirchen, we are looking for a Configuration & Documentation Manager (f/m/d) – Space Systems.

In configuration & documentation management, you ensure that configuration and documentation processes are effectively applied throughout the entire product and project lifecycle. Working in interdisciplinary teams, you collaborate closely with development, production, and stakeholders, ensure traceability for space products, and continuously improve related processes in a LEAN-oriented way.

Your tasks

• Manage and drive configuration management for several space products in dynamic projects (changes, boards, baselines).

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to manage configuration/documentation in development and production across multiple sites.

• Perform configuration/documentation maturity assessments in close cooperation with stakeholders to ensure traceability required for space products.

• Establish, maintain, and safeguard configuration/documentation data in Teamcenter (PLM) and SAP.

• Improve and strengthen configuration/documentation management processes within the team and with other stakeholders (LEAN-oriented).

• Actively grow into and serve as an ambassador for configuration/documentation topics while continuously developing your expertise.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, business/economics, or a comparable qualification.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in configuration management and/or documentation management, ideally in complex development or production environments.

• Solid working knowledge of SAP (incl. detailed functions) and PLM tools such as Teamcenter; Confluence and JIRA are a plus.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of assertiveness.

• Fluent German and English; French is an advantage.

• Willingness to work on-site in Taufkirchen within a project-driven space environment.
