Help us shape the future of BRITA – data-driven, innovative, and sustainable.
As part of the Data Analytics & Integration team, you will help us transform into a modern, future-oriented Data Analytics Platform that takes data-driven decision-making to a new level. While our proven BI landscape continues to be used, we are simultaneously building a scalable, future-oriented platform – technologically innovative and closely aligned with the business.
If you would like to help shape this transformation and contribute your experience in data integration, platform development, and modern technologies, we look forward to receiving your application.
You will play an active role in setting up and operating our new Data Analytics Platform, using modern technologies such as Databricks, dbt, Airflow, Terraform and Azure Data Services.
At the same time, you will manage our existing BI landscape and help shape the transition to the new architecture.
Your responsibilities will include high-performance and maintainable data pipelines as well as the integration of data from various source systems – on-premise and cloud.
You will be involved in exciting projects – analyzing requirements from the business departments (e.g., Finance & Controlling, Product Development, Quality Management), developing technical concepts based on these requirements, and implementing them in scalable solutions.
As part of an agile Product Team, you will help enable data-driven decisions and accompany BRITA on its journey to becoming a data-oriented organization.
You work with Jira to process user stories and use Confluence to document processes and projects.
As part of rolling platform operations, you will regularly take on responsibility for monitoring, incident handling, maintenance, and communication.
Helping to shape technical concepts and advising stakeholders round out your profile.
In addition, you will be involved in the further development of standards, documentation, and training formats, thereby promoting the sustainable use and further development of our Data Analytics Platform.

A motivated team with principles such as trust, personal responsibility, transparency and continuous development.
