For reinforcement in the area of our production we are looking for YOU as motivated and ambitious PRODUCTION WORKER (m/f/d) with the willingness to take responsibility to advance SBER, as well as possibly your own career.

Depending on the work place you may be recruited for, your tasks would potentially entail:

• Operation of semi-automatic production machines / steps
• Conversion and adjustment works at the production machines
• Monitoring of the production process to ensure quantity and quality of the products
• Observance of quality criteria
• Crane transport activities
• Order documentation and feedback
• Preventive machinery maintenance

We know: With the right motivation and attitude, you can learn almost anything! However, the following prior knowledge/qualifications/experience could be an advantage:

• Experience working with metals
• Willingness to work shifts in a production plant
• Technical mindset
• Motivation & willingness for further training
• Physically capable
• Forklift or crane license would be a bonus
• Good command of German (safety, as well as technical Instructions must be understood)
• Punctuality, Flexibility to support other areas when required
• Ability to work in a team

(collective bargaining minimum salary, employment group C0 = € 2.548,82 gross, + allowances depending on work place)
